The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

• Build and implement a Go-To-Market strategy and playbook.  

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include healthcare, food & beverage, business services, and real estate. Today the sponsor owns over 200 portfolio companies. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: B2B Tech-Enabled Services or Professional Services 
• Functional: CEO of a $75mm-$200mm business, or #2 COO/President/CCO/CRO of a $200-500mm revenue business 
• Orientation: Commercial orientation is required with related experience across sales, strategy, and GTM. 
• Private Equity: Preferred 
• M&A: Integration experience preferred  
• Tenure: 20+ years of progressive career success
