CEO-in-Waiting Program (STAY IN CURRENT ROLE)

This is a non-binding, low-commitment program designed for anyone who is NOT actively looking to leave their job. Program Details:

  • Candidates will sit on the Board of a portfolio company.
  • Candidates will participate in a quarterly call to learn more about the sponsor and how they run their portfolio businesses.
  • Once timing aligns and as CEO/OP roles become available, well-suited program participants will receive priority consideration and ideally be deployed into open positions.

  • Business Model(s): SaaS, Tech Services, Franchising, or Business Services
  • Functional: The candidate will be either a current CEO of a mid-market company; a President, COO, CRO, etc of a larger business; or a Division President or GM of an enterprise business
  • Orientation: Early career accounting experience is required.
  • Hold Period: Candidates must be anywhere from 6-24 months away from exit.
