Its portfolio spans industries such as B2B services, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology-enabled services. With $10B in cumulative capital commitments and a proven track record of driving transformation, the sponsor currently manages a portfolio of 40+ companies. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Business Model: Industrial Manufacturing
• Functional: Top financial leader of a $500mm+ industrial manufacturing business
• Orientation: Financial leader with experience across accounting and FP&A
• Private Equity: Not required
• Public Company Experience: Preferred
• Leveraged Finance: Proven experience managing growth in a highly leveraged environment
• IPO Experience: Preferred but not required
• M&A: Ability to evaluate, diligence, and integrate add-on acquisitions is required
• Tenure: 15+ years of upwardly mobile, stable, financial leadership
