SEARCH MANDATE: We have been retained by a leading private equity firm to identify a talented and highly motivated leader to serve as a Financial Operating Partner. Reporting to the founding partners of the fund, the Financial Operating Partner will function as a strategic business partner, collaborator, enabler, and problem solver for all assigned businesses within the portfolio. OP - Finance will work closely with portfolio company management teams as a “hands-on” resource providing oversight, support, and guidance, while driving for results and establishing a high-performance culture of accountability. Finally, the Financial Operating Partner will be a key player in leading the portfolio companies to successful and profitable exits.
