This leader will be responsible for driving financial planning, reporting, and operational improvements to support the company’s growth and performance goals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We are seeking a motivated, hands-on finance and accounting professional with strong expertise in accounting and financial leadership and a collaborative, data-driven approach. Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

•  Functional Expertise: Prior experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, or similar role
•  Private Equity: Preferred, Not Required
•  Tenure: 8+ years of career success
•  Industry: Distribution, e-commerce, or other inventory-intensive experience preferred, including landed cost, freight, and tariffs
•  Operational Efficiency: Skilled in building process, controls, and systems in a growing company, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
•  Business Partnership: Eager to partner with operations and sales and take on responsibilities beyond core finance
