THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include aerospace, industrials, agriculture, and transportation.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: Distribution
• Functional: Top business leader of a $40mm-$100mm company/division OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $100mm-$500mm in revenue 
• Orientation: Well-rounded business experience is required with related experience across sales, strategy, and operations 
• Private Equity: Not required 
• M&A: Solid integration experience preferred 
• Tenure: 15-25+ years of progressive career success
