The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

• Strengthen operating foundation by installing scalable processes, quality systems, engineering workflows, and KPIs appropriate for the business model.  

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include aerospace, industrials, agriculture, and transportation.  

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: Distribution 
• Functional: Business leader of a lower middle market company/division OR number two operational leader within a larger enterprise 
• Orientation: Well-rounded business experience is required with related experience across sales, strategy, and operations 
• Private Equity: Not required 
• M&A: Solid integration experience preferred 
• Tenure: 10-25+ years of progressive career success
