SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a B2B Healthcare Services company. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods. 

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant make for a compelling economic opportunity.

  • Business Model: Contract sterilization services 
  • End Market: Healthcare 
  • Revenue Range: Mid-market 
  • Deal Structure: Control buyout 

INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business and drive scale through organic growth 

  • Lead the company through a successful transaction and onboarding of a new investor group. 
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders to facilitate the exit and be the financial face of the company. 
  • Transform this entrepreneurially led company into a powerful platform business. 

THE SPONSOR: This LA based private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include companies in the Industrial, Medical, Aerospace and Defense markets. Today, the sponsor has 20+ active deals and $2.9B in cumulative capital commitments. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

  • Business Model: B2B 
  • Functional: Top financial leader of a $25mm-$150mm manufacturing company OR number two financial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $150mm-$400mm in revenue. Experience at a federally regulated manufacturing company is preferred 
  • Orientation: A solid working knowledge of accounting and FP&A are required  
  • Private Equity: Preferred 
  • M&A: Solid integration experience is preferred 
  • Tenure: 10+ years of progressive career success
