SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, an Aerospace & Defense (A&D) multi-site contract manufacturing business. CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed finance leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Business Model: Aerospace & Defense (A&D) manufacturing
• Functional: Top Financial leader of a $75mm-$400mm A&D manufacturing company OR number two financial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $500mm-$1B in revenue
• Orientation: History of driving material linkage between operational activities and financial outcomes
• Private Equity: Exposure to private equity ownership environments, Board engagement, and value creation plan execution is required
• Accounting: Solid working knowledge of accounting is required
• M&A: Experience leading seamless integration of add-on acquisitions is required
• Tenure: 15-25+ years of experience in financial related roles
