• Improve branch-level operations, margins, and organic growth while executing a proven, active M&A pipeline 
• Implement organization-wide KPIs, repeatable systems, and field/branch-level accountability 
• Fully integrate completed and future add-on acquisitions, harmonizing standards, processes, and reporting 

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Their sectors include commercial services, industrial services, manufacturing, and consumer. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: Specialty Commercial Services  
• Functional: Top commercial leader of a $60mm-150mm in revenue multi-site services company OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $200mm-$500 in revenue 
• Orientation: Well-rounded P&L experience is required preferably with a depth of experience across sales 
• Private Equity: Required 
• M&A: Solid integration experience required 
• Tenure: 15-25+ years of progressive career success
