Jack’s expertise lies in creating shareholder value, implementing marketing strategies that focus on core competencies, developing strategic partnerships/joint ventures for global expansion, and implementing growth strategies for generating improvements in revenues and profit margins.

Challenge: Joining a private equity-backed company means signing up to complete a two-to-seven-year mission of recapitalizing the company and bringing on a new investor.
