The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

• Hold Period: Exit planned in the next 3-4 years  
• Deal Structure: Control buyout

• Develop additional products and capabilities 
• Expand into new industry verticals 
• Implement enterprise-grade processes and systems  

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid track record of transforming small businesses. It invests in lower-middle-market SaaS companies and has a top-decile track record of returns.  

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:  

• Business Model: B2B Enterprise SaaS 
• Functional: Top marketing leader of a lower middle market B2B Enterprise SaaS company OR number two marketing leader within a larger enterprise 
• Orientation: Demand Generation orientation is required with related experience across Brand, Product Marketing, and Account-Based marketing 
• Private Equity: Required 
• Team Building Experience: Highly Preferred 
• Tenure: 10-25 years of progressive career success
