THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include franchise, multi-unit consumer, and industrial middle market opportunities. Today the sponsor has $2.5B in cumulative capital commitments. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: Franchising 
• Functional: Number two finance leader of a $40mm+ franchising company or number one finance leader of a sub $29mm business 
• Orientation: Accounting experience preferred 
• Private Equity: Highly preferred 
• M&A: Integration experience preferred 
• Tenure: 10+ years of progressive career success
