• Business Model: Distribution 
• Functional: Top leader of a $40mm-$300mm company OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $300mm-$1B in revenue 
• Orientation: Heavy sales orientation is required with related experience across marketing, strategy, and operations 
• Private Equity: Required 
• M&A: Solid integration experience required 
• Tenure: 20-35+ years of progressive career success
