SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods. 

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant make for a compelling economic opportunity.

• Business Model: Manufacturing 
• Revenue Range: Mid-market 
• Hold Period: Exit planned for 2027-2028 
• Deal Structure: Control buyout 

INVESTMENT THESIS: Lead multiple acquisitions, drive scale, and exit within 24 months. 

• Lead M&A integration efforts, including oversight of key systems and financial records integration.  
• Evolve existing FP&A capabilities to be a value-added function that drives decision-making company wide.  
• Collaborate with the CEO in developing annual operating budget and lead long-term financial planning. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: Manufacturing 
• Functional: Top financial leader of a manufacturing company OR divisional finance leader  
• Orientation: Heavy FP&A orientation is required with related experience across finance, accounting, and operations 
• Private Equity: Required 
• M&A: Solid integration experience is required 
• Tenure: 15-20+ years of progressive career success
