SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a consumer products manufacturing business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this acquired platform. They have invested in driving the company's scale and will continue to do so using both inorganic and organic methods. 

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant make for a compelling economic opportunity.

  • Hold Period: Exit planned for 2026

INVESTMENT THESIS: Continue to uphold and expand upon the company’s strong revenue and EBITDA growth while preparing the company for sale in the next 24 months.

  • Integrate and rebrand the acquisitions made under this company 
  • Drive strategy and growth using financial and operational analytics, reporting, and controls 

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a two-decade long track record of transforming small businesses. It invests across several key sectors and owns over 100 portfolio companies. Today the sponsor has more than $10B+ in assets under management and a demonstrated track record of scaling and exiting businesses. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

  • Business Model: Consumer products manufacturing 
  • Functional: Top financial leader with experience scaling a manufacturing company 
  • Orientation: Accounting roles and experience are required 
  • Private Equity: Highly Preferred 
  • M&A: Highly Preferred 
  • Tenure: 15+ years of progressive career success
