Today the sponsor owns 18 portfolio companies and has $4.3B in cumulative capital commitments.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

·      Business Model: Financial services

·      Functional: Top commercial leader of a $50mm-$150mm financial services company OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise

·      Orientation: Heavy sales orientation is required

·      Private Equity: Highly preferred

·      M&A: Not required

·      Tenure: 20-35+ years of progressive career success
