SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a healthcare software-as-a-service business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale through a variety of organic methods.

• Business Model: B2B Enterprise SaaS  
• End Market: Behavioral Health Centers 
• Hold Period: acquired in Q3 2023, exit in ~ 5 years 
• Deal Structure: Control buyout 

INVESTMENT THESIS: 

• Largely organic growth through new product offerings and international expansion 
• Substantially grow recurring revenue generated from subscription model  

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid track record of transforming small businesses. It invests in lower-middle-market SaaS companies and has a top-decile track record of returns. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: B2B Enterprise Software  
• Functional: Top financial leader of a similar sized PE-backed B2B Enterprise Software company OR number two financial leader within a larger enterprise  
• Orientation: Heavy finance orientation is required with related experience across Enterprise SaaS products and ERP implementation 
• Private Equity Experience: Required 
• M&A: Nice to have, but not mandatory  
• Tenure: 20-35+ years of progressive career success
