SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Controller to join one of its portfolio companies, a multi-site services business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis and prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale.

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary and annual bonus make for a compelling economic opportunity.

• Business Model: Multi-Site Services 
• End Market: Infrastructure, healthcare, education.
• Revenue Range: $225mm-$250mm 
• Hold Period: Exit planned for 2026 
• Deal Structure: Control buyout 

INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business and drive scale. 

• ·Play a key role in helping to lead the company through a successful transaction and onboarding of a new investor/ownership group
• · Take the lead on investments
•  Conduct alternative debt negotiations

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include franchise, multi-unit consumer, and industrial middle market opportunities. Today the sponsor owns 16 portfolio companies and has $1.5 billion in cumulative capital commitments.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: Multi-Site Services 
• Functional: Proven Corporate Controller or Head of Accounting of a similar sized company OR #2 Accounting Leader of an upmarket business
• Orientation: Accounting 
• Private Equity: Preferred; Not required 
• M&A: Preferred; Not required 
• Tenure: 8-10+ years of progressive career success
