SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Executive Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, an HCM SaaS business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods. 

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant make for a compelling economic opportunity.

INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business through organic growth and strategically aligned add-on acquisitions and lead the company to exit in 2-4 years. 

• Accelerate the company’s organic growth and improve Bookings to Revenue conversion 
• Create and facilitate strategic growth plans at key global brands 
• Execute on the product roadmap 

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include enterprise software and technology-enabled services, along with transportation & logistics, healthcare, and distribution industries. The firm consistently has top quartile returns across numerous vintages. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: SaaS best athlete
• Functional: Proven CEO of a successful PE-backed/venture-backed company or President, COO, or other key number two of a larger investor-backed company 
• Orientation: Operational upbringing and orientation is preferred 
• Private Equity: Not required 
• M&A: Not required 
• Tenure: 20+ years of progressive career success
