SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right President to lead one of its portfolio companies, a manufacturing business. This role will partner with the CEO in executing the Company’s value creation plan – which includes improving sales and marketing execution to increase wallet share with existing customers and win new customers, optimizing the Company’s distribution network, expanding the product portfolio, maintaining and improving operational capabilities, and executing add-on acquisitions.

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary and annual bonus.

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure services, industrial & medical technology, life sciences and specialty materials.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong execution mindset and a proven track record of driving growth in precision manufacturing or related industries.

·       Orientation: Must have strong cost and inventory accounting experience

·       Business Model: Leadership experience in a tight-tolerance manufacturing or precision machining environment.

·       Tenure: 12+ years in a senior operations, division leadership, or general management role

·       Leadership: Proven track record in building high-performance teams and driving accountability
