·      Revenue Range: $50-100mm

·      Deal Structure: Control buyout

INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business and drive scale to roughly $400mm within 4-5 years.

·      Help drive the performance, strategic planning, and growth orientation of the business.

·      Provide key leadership in corporation and operational functions.

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has $10B+ in AUM and a history of scaling businesses within the multi-site services space. They have been in business for 30+ years and possess a strong track record of highly successful liquidity events.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

·      Business Model: Multi-Site Services

·      Functional: Top operational leader of a $50mm-$100mm multi-site services company OR number two operations leader within a larger enterprise that has $100mm+ in revenues

·      Orientation: Heavy operations experience required

·      Private Equity Experience: Nice to have

·      M&A: Highly preferred

·      Tenure: 15+ years of progressive career success
