INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business and drive scale to roughly $500mm within 3-5 years. 

• Integrate and professionalize recently acquired businesses. 
• Transform this company into a powerful platform to prepare the business for a flexible exit strategy. 
• Acquire add-ons that will add scale, product, cross-sell, and multiple arbitrage. 

THE SPONSOR: The business is backed by an experienced independent sponsor operating within the broader private equity ecosystem. The sponsor is supported by a committed group of long-term capital partners, including high-net-worth individuals and smaller institutional investors, and invests meaningfully alongside them. This structure allows for flexibility, speed of execution, and strong alignment with management.
