THE SPONSOR: The private equity firm is a Texas-based fund with more than $10B in AUM.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Functional: Recent experience as CCO or VP Sales of a manufacturing business
• Business Model: Precision manufacturing
• Orientation: Hands-on, operationally oriented
• Asset Class: PE experience is strongly preferred
• Experience: 20+ years of solid career trajectory
