CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Business Model: Aerospace & Defense (A&D) manufacturing
• Functional: Top financial leader of a $$50mm-200mm EBITDA A&D manufacturing company OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $200mm-$500mm in EBITDA
• Orientation: Treasury and M&A experience is required.
• Private Equity: PE experience is strongly preferred.
• M&A: Solid integration experience required.
• Tenure: 20-35+ years of progressive career success.
