CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Business Model: Services
• Functional: Proven CEO of a relevant business OR President, COO, or Division President from a larger enterprise within the space
• Orientation: A mix of sales and operations orientation is required
• Private Equity: Required
•  M&A: Nice to have but not necessary
• Tenure: 20-35+ years of progressive career success
