SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking a Director of Finance & Controller to lead one of its portfolio companies in Brookfield, WI. This executive will be responsible for a wide array of analytics, reporting, management, and leadership activities, setting the company's broad financial objectives and KPIs to drive accountability and performance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a results-driven finance leader with a strong background in manufacturing or distribution, ideally with experience in the lighting, electrical equipment, or industrial products sector. The ideal candidate's background will likely include:

·       Functional Expertise: Proven track record as a Director of Finance, Controller, or similar role overseeing P&L, budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI management for companies with revenues in the $25mm-$200mm range.

·       Private Equity: Not Required

·       Tenure: 5+ years of career success

·       Operational Efficiency: Skilled in implementing cost controls, process optimizations, and data-driven decision-making within manufacturing or distribution environments.

·       Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills to manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
