SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a multi-site services business.

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary, annual bonus, and an exit bonus

THE COMPANY:

·      Business Model: Multi-site services

·      End Market: Education, infrastructure, and healthcare

·      Revenue Range: $225-$250

·      Hold Period: Exit planned for 2025-2026

·      Deal Structure: Control buyout

INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business and drive scale within 12-24 months

·      Play a key role in helping to lead the company through a successful transaction and onboarding of a new investor/ownership group

·      Take the lead on investments

·      Conduct alternative debt negotiations

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include franchise, multi-unit consumer, and industrial middle market opportunities. Today the sponsor owns 16 portfolio companies and has $1.5 billion in cumulative capital commitments.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

·      Business Model: Multi-site services

·      Functional: Top finance leader of at least a $150 million multi-site services company

·      Orientation: Percentage of completion accounting and M&A experience is required

·      Private Equity: Required

·      M&A: Solid integration experience required

·      Tenure: Minimum 15 years of progressive financial management experience with 5+ years of recent experience in a multi-brand/legal entity business
