CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek an individual who will demonstrate strong leadership skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, they will have significant exposure to operations, cost accounting, financial forecasting, and capital investment decision-making in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management, private equity exposure, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing landscape.

·        Functional: 3+ years’ experience as a lead business partner to a business leader

·        Orientation: Operational finance & accounting background

·        Private Equity: Preferred

·        Tenure: 10+ years of progressive accounting/ finance experience within manufacturing
