CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: IT Services
• Functional: Top financial leader with experience scaling an IT Services OR Current number 2 of a larger IT Services company
• Orientation: FP&A/finance, OR mix of accounting and finance
• Private Equity Experience: Required 
• M&A: Highly Preferred 
• Tenure: 15+ years of progressive career success
