Back to current openings

SEARCH MANDATE: We have been retained by a leading private equity firm to find talented and highly motivated leaders to join their Chief Financial Executive-in-Waiting Program. This is a non-binding, low-commitment program designed for anyone who is NOT actively looking to leave their job. • Candidates will participate in a quarterly call to learn more about the sponsor and how they run their portfolio businesses.
  • Candidates will have an opportunity to experience sponsor programming, engage in one-on-one chats with finance executives, and collaborate in an online forum to expand their knowledge and exposure.
  • Once Candidates take their companies through an exit, as CFO roles become available, well-suited program participants will receive priority consideration and ideally be deployed into open CFO positions. If suitable positions are not available, candidates may be invited into the CFO in Residence program.
