INVESTMENT THESIS:

  • Candidates will participate in a quarterly call to learn more about the sponsor and how they run their portfolio businesses.
  • Candidates will have an opportunity to experience sponsor programming, engage in one-on-one chats with finance executives, and collaborate in an online forum to expand their knowledge and exposure.
  • Once Candidates take their companies through an exit, as CFO roles become available, well-suited program participants will receive priority consideration and ideally be deployed into open CFO positions. If suitable positions are not available, candidates may be invited into the CFO in Residence program.

  • M&A: Experience integrating add-ons is strongly preferred. Experience leading a successful sale/exit process is also a plus. 
  • Tenure: 15-30 years of progressive career success
