  • Once Candidates take their companies through an exit, as CFO roles become available, well-suited program participants will receive priority consideration and ideally be deployed into open CFO positions. THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses in the lower middle market. Their investments focus on service companies, with an emphasis on healthcare and outsourced business and industrial support services. The sponsor works closely with management teams to create value in its portfolio companies. Today, they own numerous portfolio companies and have $1.2B in assets under management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

  • Business Model: Healthcare Multi-site services     
  • Functional: Top financial leader of a lower middle market multi-healthcare business OR number two financial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $150mm-$300mm in revenue 
  • Orientation: Heavy FP&A orientation is preferred with related experience across healthcare-centric multi-site services
  • Private Equity: Is highly preferred
  • M&A: Experience integrating add-ons is strongly preferred. Experience leading a successful sale/exit process is also a plus. 
  • Tenure: 15-30 years of progressive career success
