SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a multi-site services business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant make for a compelling economic opportunity.

·      Revenue: $100mm

·      Hold Period: Exit planned for 2025-2026

·      Deal Structure: Control buyout

INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business and drive scale ahead of a 2025/2026 exit.

·      Help drive the performance, strategic planning, and growth orientation of the business

·      Provide key leadership in corporate and operational financial functions

·      Drive the integration of acquisitions

THE SPONSOR: This New York, NY private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include healthcare, education & training, software & information technology, franchisors, energy & sustainability, and consumer products. Today the sponsor owns more than 100 portfolio companies and has more than $13B in AUM.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

·      Business Model: Multi-site services

·      Functional: Top Financial leader of a $100mm+ multi-site services company

·      Orientation: Early career accounting experience is required

·      Private Equity: Required

·      M&A: Solid integration experience is required

·      Tenure: 20-35+ years of progressive career success
