CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: B2B financial services or business services. Experience marketing to SMBs is required. 
• Functional: Top marketing leader of a middle market company OR number two/three marketing leader within a larger enterprise. 
• Orientation: Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Event Management skills are required. 
• Tenure: 10+ years of progressive career success.
