THE SPONSOR: This Texas-based private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include value-added distribution, multi-site services, and manufacturing. Today the sponsor owns 20 portfolio companies and has $3B in AUM. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: Multi-Site Services 
• Functional: Top executive leader of a $50mm-$200mm multi-site services company  
• Orientation: Commercial and operations orientation is required with related experience across execution, strategy, and leadership 
• Private Equity: Preferred 
• M&A: Integration experience preferred  
• Tenure: 20+ years of progressive career success
