SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a multi-site fire and safety services business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods. 

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant make for a compelling economic opportunity.

THE SPONSOR: This NY-based private equity firm has a three-decade track record of transforming small businesses. It invests across several key sectors including business services. The sponsor currently owns many portfolio companies and has steadily grown throughout its history.  

CANDIDATE PROFILE : We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

· Functional: Top finance leader of a multi-site services company OR number two finance leader within a larger enterprise 

· Orientation: A strong accounting background is required with related experience in financial planning analysis 

· Private Equity: Preferred 

· M&A: Solid integration experience required 

· Tenure: 10-15+ years of progressive career success
